Account Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease, any virtual bets or funds in your account may be forfeited, so please ensure you withdraw any real-money funds prior to termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-brand partners, suppliers, or associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Site.
